One flat rate per order, however many items are in it. The exact figure appears at checkout before you pay — nothing is added at the last step.
How long it takes
- Production — 2–5 business days, because your item is printed and finished after you order it. At the busiest times of year (November and December) allow up to 10.
- United States — usually 3–7 business days in transit after dispatch.
- Canada and the United Kingdom — usually 7–14 business days.
- Europe, Australia and New Zealand — usually 10–18 business days.
- Rest of world — usually 10–20 business days.
You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel ships. November and December run longer everywhere — order early for gifts.
Where we ship
Desk mats, mouse pads and wall art all ship worldwide. At checkout you can pick from the countries we currently serve; if yours isn’t listed, email us and we’ll look at adding it.
Split shipments
Order several items and they may be produced in different facilities, arriving in separate parcels on different days at no extra cost to you. Each parcel gets its own tracking link.
Customs and import duty
Orders outside the United States may attract import duty or VAT set by your own country. Those charges are not included in our prices and are payable by you on delivery. They are set by your customs authority, not by us, and we can neither predict nor refund them.
Wrong address?
Tell us before dispatch and we fix it free. After dispatch, a parcel returned to sender can be reshipped once the reshipping cost is covered. Please double-check your address at checkout — it is the single most common cause of a delayed parcel.
