Frequently asked
How long will my order take?
Production takes 2–5 business days (up to 10 at the busiest times of year), then transit for your country — roughly 3–7 business days in the US, 7–14 to Canada and the UK, 10–18 to Europe, Australia and New Zealand. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
What size desk mat should I get?
Most people should buy the 36″×18″. Go 24″×14″ if your desk is under about 47″ wide, and 48″×24″ if you want full-desk coverage for a dual-monitor or streaming setup. Our size guide walks through it properly.
Can I return something?
Not for change of mind — each item is printed for your order, so there is nothing to put back on a shelf. But if it arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty, wrong or never arrives at all, we replace it or refund you in full and you never post anything back. Email us within 30 days with a photo. Full detail on Returns & Refunds.
Do you ship to my country?
Shipping is free everywhere in the United States, on every order. Everywhere else it is one flat rate per order — from $7.95 — and free once your order passes $99. Desk mats, mouse pads and wall art all ship internationally. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay; the full table is on the shipping page.
How do I care for a printed mat?
Wipe with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then air dry flat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Can I request a design?
Please do. We add new designs regularly and genuinely take requests — tell us the aesthetic and the product you want it on.
Do you do wholesale, bulk or custom team orders?
Yes. Email us with quantities and what you need and we will come back with options.
