The plain-English version: we sell original-design desk mats, mouse pads and wall art, printed to order. You pay Stripe, not us. If it arrives wrong we replace it free. We don’t take change-of-mind returns, because nothing exists until you order it.

Orders
- An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you an order confirmation, not when you click pay.
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is mispriced, a design is withdrawn, the address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
- Everything is made to order. Once production starts the item cannot be cancelled, because it physically exists and can be sold to nobody else.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in US dollars and exclude any import duty or local tax charged by your own country.
- Shipping is shown before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them.
- We try hard to price correctly. If a genuine pricing error appears, we will contact you before charging or dispatching, and you can confirm at the right price or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery
Production takes 2–5 business days, up to 10 at the busiest times of year, then transit time for your country. Estimated dates are shown on the product page and at checkout. They are estimates, not guarantees — carriers, customs and weather are outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.

If something is wrong
Our print guarantee: damaged, misprinted, faulty, wrong item or lost in transit means a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to post anything back. Email a photo within 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If you are in the EU or the UK you keep your statutory 14-day right to cancel, and we honour it. Full detail on Returns & Refunds.
Our designs
Every design on this site is created by us and remains our property. You are buying a physical product, not a licence to the artwork. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the designs, and you may not scan, photograph for resale, or use them to produce competing goods.
If you believe anything here infringes your copyright, email support@mousepady.com with the details and we will investigate promptly.
Gaming Gear listings and affiliate links
Products in Gaming Gear & Tools are recommendations, not our products. Clicking through takes you to a third-party retailer or brand, and your purchase is governed by their terms, their warranty and their returns policy — not ours. Some of those links earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not paid for placements or ratings. Photography on those listings is our own illustrative imagery, not the manufacturer’s.

Customer reviews on this site are written by verified buyers only. We do not write them, buy them, incentivise them or delete unflattering ones. We may remove a review that is abusive, off-topic, or contains personal data.

Don’t attempt to break, scrape at scale, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and don’t submit unlawful or abusive content. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this is happening.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are free from defects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you keep the protections of your local law.
